No point in arguing.
I should have gone to the court straight away.
Such scam as Alpha Custom Bikes must be punished!

Waiting for response...
I'm worried that in letter to bank I used phrase "I have previously contacted trader" without necessary details regarding confirmation numbers and stuff.

I am wondering how to write a letter if I want to say to recipient that I'm asking for response to some other location?

Registered Mail
Registered mail describes letters, packets or other postal documents considered valuable and need a chain of custody that provides more control than regular mail. The posted item has its details recorded in a register to enable its location to be tracked, sometimes with added insurance to cover loss.
It's a shame. Rather than enjoying Sunday evening with my spouse I need to create some letters from templates and send them... My optimistic assumption: my Christmas I will get my money back.
Let me rephrase and make it absolutely clear to everyone. Alpha Custom Bikes is a totally scam / ripoff / theft. You name whatever you want, I just feel totally disgusted and there are no words to express that.
All I want is just a FAIR refund:

Letter of complaint
With so many activities going on I'm not happy to waste my time and energy to get my money back. Alpha Custom Bikes was a totally rip-off. Some people would just leave alone but not me, hard working guy who is not willing to let it go.

This is the first post about Alpha Custom Bikes. In the very near future I will describe my story with this trader. Message is clear: DON'T BUY.
Actions to be taken now: Complain about faulty goods and Complain about goods and services bought on credit.
